How do I login or access the Online Store?

You should log into SRM then click 'Shopping Cart (Wizard)' -> click '[CN] – ERGO' 


 

The Online Store isn’t working – what do I do?

1.      If you cannot access the Online Store, close the browser and login again from SRM  

2.      If you cannot access the Online Store after loging into SRM, please contact lorealsupport@ergoasia.com

3.     If you have accessed the Online Store and it does not appear to be responding, please contact lorealsupport@ergoasia.com

4.     Restart your computer

5.     If you are able to login to the Online Store and you are experiencing problems, please contact Ergo on lorealsupport@ergoasia.com
 

 

How do I check on the status of my order?

As the shopping cart will be cleared out after transferring to SRM, the status of order cannot be checked on E-Commerce. You can check the status of the order after PO in SRM is generated with our PMU team. If the PO in SRM is not generatd, please check the status of the order in SRM. 


 

Can I cancel my order or make changes after I have submitted it?

No, once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed.
 

Does the Online Store remember all orders under the order history?

No. After checking out from E-Commerce, the shopping cart will be cleared out automatically and the data will be transfered to SRM
 

 

What if the goods arrive and they are damaged?

What is the turnaround time for using the support enquiries email?

Generally all enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt of the email
